Bereavement Services and Support Groups (SFCS)

Individuals and families who are anticipating a death or experiencing grief due to the loss of a loved one or friend can access these services, offered by trained volunteers:

• Over-the-Phone Support
• One-on-One Grief and Bereavement Support
• Support Groups
