Adult Day (SFCS)

This program offers a full-day service where people living with cognitive or physical impairments can gather together for social, recreational and physical activities, as well as meals. Clients are monitored and/or assisted by recreation staff and Personal Support Workers, who can help with minor health care (e.g. monitoring of medication). Transportation can also be provided for a fee.
