In-Home Respite (SFCS)
In-Home Respite (SFCS) is a senior service offered by Southern Frontenac Community Services.
This service provides respite for caregivers who need their loved ones supervised or cared for while they are away. SFCS provides trained PSWs who aside from providing company can assist with toileting, bathing, dressing, and eating.
If your loved one has been diagnosed with a life-limiting or terminal illness, you may want to look into SFCS' Volunteer Hospice Visiting Service as well.
